Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX:IKE, ASX:IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2025 Annual Meeting of
Shareholders is to be held on Tuesday, 30 September 2025. The details relating to the meeting will
be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed closer to the time.
Additionally, IKE advises that the period for nomination of persons as directors opens today and the
closes Wednesday, 27 August 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm (NZT) on the
closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting
