458,000 of their non-voting shares as quoted ordinary shares, increasing the number of
quoted ordinary shares on issue.
Following the reclassification, the trustees of the Nikau Trust continue to hold 42,000 non-
voting shares (which may be reclassified on notice as quoted ordinary shares).
