WINTON CONFIRMS ANNUAL MEETING DATE AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Winton is pleased to confirm that this year’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held as a virtual

only meeting on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, commencing at 11.00am (NZDT). Further details of

the content and virtual participation instructions will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be

distributed in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Winton advises that the closing date for director

nominations is 11 September 2025 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on

the Closing Date.
