Report dated 20 August 2025:

Corporate Governance Statement and Board Skills Matrix
The Company’s Corporate Governance Statement dated 19 August 2025 and the Board
Skills Matrix dated 19 August 2025 can be accessed via the Investor Centre on the
Fletcher Building website.

FY25 Remuneration Report
The Company’s 2025 Remuneration Report will be announced to NZX and ASX and
published via the Investor Centre on the Fletcher Building website before the Notice of
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is released, which is anticipated to be no later than 19
September 2025.

FY25 Climate Statements
The Company’s FY25 Climate Statements will be announced to NZX and ASX and made
available via the Investor Centre on the Fletcher Building website prior to 31 October
2025.

Compliance Confirmation
Fletcher Building Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under a
Foreign Exempt Listing. Fletcher Building confirms, in connection with its FY25 annual
results and for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, that it continues to comply with
the NZX Listing Rules.
