ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) DETAILS

3 September 2025

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 22
October 2025 at 10:00am (Brisbane time).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 38.13 of MHJ’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of
nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

The AGM will only be held virtually. Further information about the AGM will be set out in the notice of meeting,
which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
