Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 3 September 2025,
Admetus entered into a block trade agreement (Agreement) (attached to this notice)
with Jarden Australia Pty Limited (Jarden), under which Admetus appointed Jarden to
manage and underwrite the sale of all of the 45,714,643 Shares in Vista held by Admetus
for NZ$3.00 per share (or NZ$137,143,929 in aggregate). As a consequence of that
Agreement, there is a qualification on the power of Admetus to dispose of, or control
disposal of, such shares. Settlement of that sale is expected to occur on 8 September
2025.
