Performance Rights Update


EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that in relation to performance rights issued in respect
of the performance period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025 the following rights have lapsed or vested
and been settled as follows:
- in respect of 296,674 performance rights, these have lapsed as the relevant vesting condition/s
had not been met;
- in respect of 19,994 vested performance rights, the issue of 19,994 ordinary shares; and
- in respect of 352 vested performance rights, a cash payment.
EBOS now has 946,842 performance rights on issue.
