Prescribed Person Trading Settings: Notice of Amendments
NZX recently consulted on amendments to its settings governing Participants’ obligations in
relation to trading activity undertaken by their Prescribed Persons.
As the necessary regulatory approvals have now been received, NZX wishes to notify the market
of amendments to the:
• NZX Participant Rules and Procedures
• NZX Derivatives Market Rules and Procedures
• Prescribed Person Trading Guidance Note
These amendments will become effective on Monday 6 October 2025.
