Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 3 September 2025,
Admetus Capital Limited (Admetus) entered into a block trade agreement with Jarden
Australia Pty Limited, under which Admetus appointed Jarden Australia Pty Limited to
manage and underwrite the sale of 45,714,643 Shares in Vista held by Admetus by way of
bookbuild for a price per Share of NZD $3. Settlement of that sale occurred on 8
September 2025, and Jarden Australia Pty Limited no longer have a relevant interest in the
Shares.
