Hybrid Security Suspension from Quotation and Upcoming
Removal
The Westpac Capital Notes 5 (ASX Code: WBCPH) of Westpac Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be suspended
from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, pending redemption.
Removal of the Westpac Capital Notes 5 under Listing Rule 17.10 will occur following announcement of the
redemption and lodgement by WBC of an Appendix 3H – Notification of Cessation of Securities.

Security class code WBCPH

The suspension and upcoming removal only applies to the Westpac Capital Notes 5 and does not apply to any
other quoted securities of WBC.
