Senior Manager Change
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Napier Port (NZX:NPH) announces today changes within
its senior management team.
Jo-Ann Young, Corporate Affairs Manager, has resigned to pursue a new career opportunity.
Napier Port Chief Executive Todd Dawson said: “On behalf of the Napier Port team, I would like to
thank Jo-Ann for her five years with Napier Port. Jo-Ann’s strong work ethic saw her successfully
oversee a wide portfolio across internal and external communications, stakeholder and government
relations, investor communications and community engagement and sponsorship. I wish her all the
very best for the future."
The effective date of Jo-Ann’s resignation is expected to be October 2025.
