CALENDAR OF KEY DATES


Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on
Tuesday, 11 November 2025 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding
the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately.
The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2025 are as follows:
Last day to receive director nominations 22 September 2025
Final dividend paid 2 October 2025
Notice of Annual General Meeting available 7 October 2025
Annual General Meeting 11 November 2025

Depending on circumstances, these dates may change. Any change will be advised through the Australian
Securities Exchange and New Zealand’s Exchange.
