Results of Contact Energy Limited’s 2025

Annual Shareholder Meeting

At Contact Energy Limited’s (Contact) shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online

today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the

Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Deion Campbell be elected as a director of Contact.

• That the maximum aggregate annual remuneration payable by Contact to Directors

be increased by NZ$350,000, from NZ$1,500,000 per annum to NZ$1,850,000 per

annum (plus GST if any), and

• That the directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
