Director Nominations Closing Date
Scott Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on
Tuesday, 2 December 2025. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Scott advises that the closing
date for director nominations is 5:00pm on Thursday, 2 October 2025 (Closing Date).
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
