THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2025

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend which will be at
the rate of 0.686p per ordinary share each (2024: 0.672p per ordinary share) in respect
of the year ending 31 October 2025 payable on 28 November 2025 to shareholders
registered on 24 October 2025. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 23 October
2025. This represents an increase of 2.1% as compared to the third interim dividend paid
in 2024.
