Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: Anthony David Frith in
their capacity as trustee of the Ototara Trust participated in Metro's rights issue in which
27,230,832 shares were acquired for cash consideration of $816,924.96 ($0.03 per share).
The issue settled on 19 September 2025. Metro's issue of new shares under the rights
issue and top-up placement have seen the shareholding percentage reduced to 3.853%.
