Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) (MHJ or Company) advises that under New Zealand's Financial
Markets Conduct (Climate-related Disclosures for Foreign Listed Issuers) Exemption Notice 2024 (Notice), MHJ does not
have a large presence in New Zealand and has a primary listing on the ASX. MHJ relied on the exemption in clause 6 of
the Notice in respect of its FY25 period and is therefore an exempt entity.

In the FY25 period, MHJ was not required to comply with any Australian climate-related disclosure requirements. The
climate statements voluntarily prepared by MHJ can be found in the FY25 ESG Report which was lodged on the ASX and
NZX platform earlier today. The ESG Report is also available to download via MHJ’s investor centre at
https://investor.michaelhill.com.
