Redemption of all outstanding Westpac Capital Notes 5

Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) today redeemed all 16,903,383 Westpac Capital
Notes 5 (WCN 5) on issue (ASX code: WBCPH) in accordance with the redemption notice
issued to WCN 5 holders on 31 July 2025.
As a result, there are no WCN 5 on issue.
All WCN 5 holders on the record date of 12 September 2025 have been paid $100 for each
WCN 5 on 22 September 2025. In addition, WCN 5 holders have also been paid the final
distribution of $1.211 per WCN 5, fully franked on 22 September 2025.
