Results of ikeGPS Group Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At
ikeGPS Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 2
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That the directors are authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
• That Glenn Milnes, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, is re-elected as
Managing Director of ikeGPS Group Limited.
