Vulcan acquisition of Roofing Industries completed
Vulcan Steel Limited (Vulcan) advises that the key conditions in the sale and purchase
agreement with Francis and Gellatly Holdings Limited, a company owned by founding
owners Keith Francis and David Gellatly, have been satisfied and that the purchase of 100%
of the shares in Roofing Industries Limited (NZ company number 984542) has been
completed, effective from 30 September 2025.
