Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.20.1 (a) SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises
that Chief Financial Officer Peter Fredricson has tendered his resignation.
Peter will remain in the role until 1 March 2026 at the latest, to facilitate an orderly transition.
