Date of 2025 Annual General Meeting and
Closing Date for Director Nominations


Manuka Resources Limited (Manuka) anticipates holding the 2025 Annual General Meeting
(AGM) on Thursday, 27 November 2025.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be released and dispatched to Shareholders in due
course.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors and in accordance with ASX
Listing Rule 3.13.1, Manuka provides notification of the closing date - Tuesday, 14 October
2025 (Closing Date) for the receipt of director nominations from persons wishing to be
considered for election as a director at the AGM.

Accordingly, written nominations must be received at Manuka’s registered office by no later than
5.00pm (AWST) on the Closing Date.
