CDI APPOINTS GENERAL COUNSEL & COMPANY SECRETARY

CDI advises that Abigail Wong has been appointed as its General Counsel and Company Secretary for

the company and its subsidiary CDL Land New Zealand Limited and takes up the position today.

Ms. Wong has previously worked for multi-disciplinary organisations in the property and medical device

industries as well as across residential and commercial land developments, and is a Chartered Secretary.

CDI Chief Executive Jason Adams said that Ms. Wong brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to the

position and to CDI.

“With her diverse experience across a number of sectors and deep knowledge of governance, we are

confident that Abbi is an excellent addition to our growing team and we all look forward to working with

her”.

“I would also take this opportunity to thank Takeshi Ito for his contribution to CDI and CDL Land as

Company Secretary since 2018”.

CDI Chair Desleigh Jameson also thanked Takeshi Ito for his tireless work ethic especially over the past

year as the entire corporate governance document library has been revisited. Desleigh commented that

the appointment of Abigail Wong as dedicated General Counsel and Company Secretary is one of the last

key appointments to the senior team that will allow Jason and the CDI project management team to really

focus on the business of subdivision and growing CDI.
