With effect from today, New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) has accepted the resignation of William
Buck as the Company’s statutory auditor and has appointed PwC in its place.
The Board would like to thank William Buck for its services and support. The decision to change auditors does not
relate to the quality of Willaim Buck’s services.
