Mataura Valley Milk Limited Divestment completed

The a2 Milk Company (“the Company”, “a2MC”) confirms that the divestment of a2MC’s 75% and China Animal
Husbandry Group’s (CAHG) 25% shareholding in Mataura Valley Milk Limited to Open Country Dairy Limited was
completed on Friday, 31 October 2025.
