Westpac Banking Corporation (“Westpac”) today provides the attached Westpac 2025
AGM email to shareholders.

Westpac Banking Corporation's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM or meeting) will be
held at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
The AGM will be held in the Wesley Theatre at the Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt
Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000.
Registration opens at 9:00am (Sydney time) on the day of the AGM.
Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM can watch a live webcast of the
meeting by visiting westpac.com.au/AGM and may submit written questions or
comments online during the meeting. Online voting will not be available during the
meeting.

How to vote before the AGM

To vote prior to the AGM, click on the link below. You can lodge a direct vote or appoint a
proxy to vote on your behalf. Direct votes or the appointment of a proxy must be
received by 10:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.
1. Go to vote.cm.mpms.mufg.com/WBC
2. Click 'Vote Here' under Australian Registered Holders.
3. Enter your SRN/HIN.
4. Enter the postcode (Australian address) or country code (overseas address)
relevant to each shareholding.
5. Tick the Terms & Conditions box and then click Login.
6. Proceed through each screen to lodge your vote, appoint a proxy or submit your
question.
Shareholders can also submit questions prior to the AGM. These questions are not read
out at the AGM, but Westpac will seek to respond to shareholders’ most commonly

raised matters during the meeting. Questions can be submitted via the above link and
must be received by 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 4 December 2025.

Details on how to vote by post or email before the AGM or on the day of the AGM are
provided in the 2025 Notice of Meeting.
