Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for the year ending
31 December 2025 will be a payment of 3.80 pence per ordinary share (2024: 3.60 pence per
share). The dividend will be paid on 2 February 2026 to shareholders registered at the close of
business on 5 January 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 2 January 2026. Please note this
payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 12
January 2026.
