ANZ 2025 Final Dividend

Key Dates and Associated Information


ANZ today announced a proposed 2025 Final Dividend of 83 cents per share, partially franked at 70%. New

Zealand imputation credits of NZD 13 cents per share will also be attached.

ANZ also announced that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and Bonus Option Plan (BOP) will continue to

operate for the 2025 Final Dividend.

Dividend, DRP and BOP Information

For the 2025 Final Dividend, under the DRP and BOP Terms and Conditions, the following will apply when

calculating the Acquisition Price used to determine the number of ANZ ordinary shares to be issued:

• a 1.5% discount will be applied;

• the Pricing Period will be 10 trading days (refer to the key dates below); and

• both the ASX and Cboe Australia trading platforms will apply.

New ANZ ordinary shares will be issued to satisfy ANZ’s obligations under the DRP and BOP.

Election notices from shareholders wanting to commence, cease or vary their participation in the DRP or BOP for

the 2025 Final Dividend must be received by ANZ’s Share Registrar, Computershare, by 5.00pm (Australian

Eastern Daylight Time) on 17 November 2025. DRP/BOP instructions can be provided easily and quickly online by

logging in to Computershare’s Investor Centre at www.investorcentre.com/au. Alternatively, shareholders can

contact Computershare to obtain a copy of an Election Form to complete and return.
