NTL Announces Interim GM Appointment and Director Resignation

New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd (NZX:NTL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane
Bell as Interim General Manager, effective Monday, 17 November 2025. This follows the
previously announced departure of John Upperton, who will step down from the Board and
his management role with NTL on Friday, 14 November 2025.
Jane has served as NTL’s Company Secretary for the past nine years and as the Company
CFO for the past three years in a part-time capacity and will now transition to a full-time role.
She brings a wealth of experience in the mining sector, with a strong background in risk
management, gained internationally at both executive and board levels. A qualified Chartered
Accountant, Jane has extensive expertise in financial and operational management across
multi-entity, multi-country organisations.
Her career spans mining, manufacturing, professional services, treasury management, and
company secretarial functions, making her a strong fit for the role. The Board is confident that
Jane’s leadership will support NTL’s strategic direction and operational growth.
