Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
Issue of:
• 227,300 ordinary shares to Joseph Patrick Smithies; and
• 3,333,334 ordinary shares to Monovale Holdings Limited,
at a price of $0.06 per share under Me Today’s rights issue. The rights issue was approved
at the annual meeting of shareholders held on 30 October 2025 and all shares were
allotted on 6 November 2025.
Monovale Holdings Limited acquired the balance of its holding more than four months ago,
so the details of those transactions are not required to be disclosed under the relevant
regulations.
Joseph Patrick Smithies holds 113,650 Series 1 Warrants (MEEWA) and 113,650 Series 2
Warrants (MEEWB), allotted on 10 November 2025
Monovale Holdings Limited also holds 2,781,526 Series 1 Warrants (MEEWA) and
2,781,526 Series 2 Warrants (MEEWB), allotted on 10 November 2025.
