Uvre approves name change to
Minerals Exploration Limited (MEX),
Norm Seckold appointed as Chairman

Minerals Exploration Limited (ASX:MEX, NZX:MEX), formally Uvre Limited, is pleased to
advise following approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held
27 November 2025, ASIC has recorded the change of the Company’s name to Minerals
Exploration L imited.
The new name is expected to take effect on the ASX and NZX on Wednesday 3 December
2025. The new code on both exchanges will be MEX.
Shareholders do not need to take any action in relation to their holdings.
The Company also advises that Norman Seckold has moved to the role of Chairman and
Brett Mitchell is now an Executive Director of the Company.
The Company is in the process of establishing a new website
www.mineralsexploration.com.au which is expected to be live this week.
