Implementation of Scheme
Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) (ASX: LOC) (“Locate Technologies” or the “Company”) is
pleased to advise that the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Locate Technologies Limited (NZX:
LOC) ("Locate NZ") will become the new parent entity of the Locate Technologies group to give effect
to the redomiciliation of Locate Technologies from Australia to New Zealand has been implemented.
All Locate Technologies shares have been transferred to Locate NZ.
Appointment of Registry Provider and Further Communications
MUFG Pension & Market Services (NZ) Limited has been appointed as the share registry provider for
Locate NZ. Further communication, including a Securities Transaction Statement, will be sent to all
securityholders in due course outlining their holdings in Locate NZ and providing additional information.
Securityholders will also be able to access their holdings and update their details via the Investor Centre
