The Company announces that it agreed on 16 December 2025 to allot 750,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 234.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 December 2025, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 191,014,679.
