Precinct Settles the Acquisition of Downtown Car Park

Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) is pleased to confirm the acquisition of
Downtown Car Park has settled.

The car park will continue to operate as normal in the short term.

code for the Stapled Shares remains PCT.
