Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Manuka Resources Limited (ASX: MKR), (NZX: MKR) (Company) gives this notice to ASX in
accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act) 2001 (Cth) for the issue of 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares following the conversion of 1,000,000 Unquoted Options exercisable at $0.0834 expiring
on 24 January 2026.

The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001
(Cth) (Act).

Notice under section 708A(5)(E) of the Act is given:

(a) The Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they
apply to the Company;
(b) The Company has complied with section 674, of the Act;

(c) There is no information that is excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in
accordance with the ASX Listing Rules; and

(d) There is no information that investors and their professional advisers would
reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of:

o the assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses
and prospects of the Company; or
