The Company announces that it agreed on 21 January 2026 to allot 230,000 ordinary shares at
a price of 252.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 January 2026, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 194,019,679.
