Precinct Settles Sale of InterContinental Hotel

Further to the announcement of 5 March 2025, Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX:
PCT) is pleased to confirm that the sale of the InterContinental Hotel at One Queen Street
in Auckland has now settled.
