The Company announces that it agreed on 30 January 2026 to allot 515,500 ordinary shares at
a price of 247.5p per share, each fully paid under its blocklisting facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 3 February 2026, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 196,834,679.
