EXEMPTION NOTICE: NEW ZEALAND CLIMATE-RELATED DISCLOSURES

The directors confirm that:

1. in respect of the financial year ended 31 October 2025, the Company has relied on clause
6 of the Financial Markets Conduct (Climate-related Disclosures for Foreign Listed
Issuers) Exemption Notice 2024, as an exempt entity which does not have a large
presence in New Zealand;

2. the Company, as an effect of relying on the above-named notice, is exempt from Part 7A
of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 in respect of the climate-related disclosure
requirements imposed by New Zealand regulation; and

3. the Company has voluntarily prepared climate related reporting which can be accessed
on the Company’s website and is referred to in the annual report.
