Resignation of Mr Michael Gayst
Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) ("the Company") advises that Michael Gayst has provided
the Company with three months' notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Company
Secretary, as he looks to move towards semi-retirement. In addition, Michael will resign as a
Director of the Company effective 31 March 2026.
Michael has been part of the Locate Technologies story since 2018, initially joining as a consultant
before taking on the CFO role. Over that time, he has been instrumental in guiding the Company
through two separate IPO processes and has been a valued member of the team across every
stage of the Company's growth.
Michael will transition to a consulting role with the Company, ensuring the business continues to
benefit from his experience and knowledge on an ongoing basis.
The Company has commenced a search for a replacement to fulfil the CFO role and will update the
market when a new appointment is confirmed.
