SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION MEETINGS

The Company will be holding informal meetings in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra,
Perth and Adelaide to give shareholders the opportunity to hear about the half year results to 31
December 2025 and our more recent investment activities.

The presentation will be combined with AMCIL, Djerriwarrh Investments and Mirrabooka
Investments, three listed investment companies that are also managed by the team. The
presentation will cover general market conditions and outlook, and key performance and
portfolio matters for the four companies.
