Santana Minerals Limited (ASX/NZX: SMI) (Santana) advises that it has, today, dispatched the offer
booklet relating to the previously announced share purchase plan (SPP).
Under the SPP Eligible Shareholders are invited to subscribe for up to A$24,948 worth of fully paid
ordinary shares in Santana (Shares) at an issue price of A$0.90 per Share, being the same issue price
as the recently announcement placement.
The key dates for the SPP are set out below, with further details contained in the SPP offer booklet, a
copy of which is enclosed with this announcement.
