Request for trading halt: Manuka Resources Limited ASX Code MKR NZX Code MKR
Manuka Resources Limited requests an immediate trading halt to be applied to the securities MKR under
ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and NZX Listing Rule 9.9.1(a) and set out details of the request below as per the rules
of each of ASX and NZX.

We would like the trading halt to commence immediately.

Reasons for trading halt: The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company on loan
documentation. The trading halt will allow finalisation of the documentation in an orderly manner and prevent
trading in the Company’s securities on an uninformed basis.

How long we want the trading halt to last: Two (2) trading days

The event we expect to happen that will end the trading halt: The trading halt is to remain in place, until the
earlier of:

• the Company releasing an announcement to the market confimring finalisation of the loan
documentation; or

• the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 3 March 2026.

We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
