Request for trading halt: Manuka Resources Limited ASX Code MKR NZX Code MKR
Manuka Resources Limited requests an immediate trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX
Listing Rule 17.1 and NZX Listing Rule 9.9.1(a) and set out details of the request below as per the rules of
each of ASX and NZX.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in respect of the finalistion of a
material debt facility between the Company and Nebari as first disclosed by the Company on 1 December
2025.

The Company requests the trading halt continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement in
relation to the proposed material debt facility and the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 3 March 2026.

The Company expects the announcement in relation to the proposed material debt facility to end the trading
halt applied to its securities.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
