Limited acquired beneficial ownership of 7,147,241 ordinary shares in Bremworth through
“off market” purchases at 8o cents per share conducted late in the day on 27 February
2026. The registered owner of the shares acquired by Mangawhai Collective Limited will be
ASB Nominees Limited <203135>. Details of the transactions are below:
(a) purchase of 4,283,821 ordinary shares from Rural Aviation (1963) Limited;
(b) purchase of 216,183 ordinary shares from Dean Robert John Hegan;
(c) purchase of 1,225,000 ordinary shares from Gregory John Muir;
(d) purchase of 35,000 ordinary shares from William St John; and
(e) purchase of 1,387,237 ordinary shares from JBWere (NZ) Nominees Limited.

For the period 27 October 2025 to 27 February 2026, David Ferrer acquired a total of
1,146,000 ordinary shares in Bremworth via on-market trades for total consideration of
NZ$1,020,152.59.
