Care Expansion Accelerates with Christchurch Land Acquired
Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that it has
successfully completed the acquisition of 4.3 hectares of development land in
Belfast, Christchurch on 3 March 2026.
A new 100-bed care home will be the first Radius Care development to fully
implement its new and bespoke design for hospital-level and dementia care. A
village with approximately 75 villas will also be built in stages.
This acquisition marks a substantial milestone in Radius Care’s growth strategy
and commitment to deliver high-quality aged care services across New Zealand.
Radius Care continues to focus on building scale within its core care offering by
progressing new build expansion plans at several sites around the country.
