The Board of Directors of Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) (“Comvita”) is aware of recent media reporting
suggesting that Fraser and Neave Limited has taken a substantial stake in the Company.
Comvita is not aware of Fraser and Neave having acquired any stake in the Company.
As a matter of policy, Comvita does not comment on market speculation. The Company confirms that it
remains in compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
