SUNFIELD MASTERPLANNED COMMUNITY FAST-TRACK APPROVALS ACT CONSENT RECEIVED
Winton Land Limited is pleased to announce that approval has been granted, subject to conditions,
for the Sunfield masterplanned community under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
The Expert Panel issued the final decision today, marking a significant milestone in advancing the
Sunfield masterplanned community and unlocking its development potential. The consent allows for
development, including:
• 3,854 healthy homes, consisting of individual homes and 3 retirement villages containing
independent living units;
• a 47 hectare industrial business park;
• a 7.7 hectare town centre;
• a 2.3 hectare healthcare precinct;
• a school;
• a 19.4 hectare parcel of land for a section of Mill Road stage 2;
• a further 4 local retail hubs totalling 4.3 hectares located throughout the community; and
• 25.9 hectares of open spaces, green links, recreation parks and reserves and ecological areas
which includes an extensive restoration and native planting of the core stream and wetland
network.
