Meridian Energy Limited advises that the price at which shares will be issued for the 2026 Interim
Ordinary Dividend under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is NZ$5.4186 per share.
The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the volume weighted average
sale price for a share, calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX Main Board
over a period of five business days starting on 5 March 2026, less a 2% discount.
Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP, will receive shares, instead of cash, in
respect of the 2026 Interim Ordinary Dividend on 24 March 2026.
