ANNOUNCEMENT

Dividend Reinvestment Plan strike price

16 March 2026 – Mercury advises that the price at which shares will be transferred for the FY2026
interim ordinary dividend under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is NZ$6.1786 per
share.
The price has been determined, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DRP Offer
Document, as the average of the daily volume weighted average sale price for a share, calculated on
all price setting trades of shares that took place through the NZX Main Board over a period of five
trading days starting on 9 March 2026, less a 2.0% discount.
Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will receive shares instead of cash in
respect of the FY2026 interim ordinary dividend payable on 1 April 2026.
Attached is an updated Appendix 3A.1 (Notification of Dividend / Distribution) disclosed on the ASX
today.
